Ankeri: 8 Years of Driving Automation and Digitalization

Ankeri just celebrated its first 8 years of dedication to digitalizing the shipping industry through innovation. Over this time, we have focused on providing powerful tools that streamline workflows, automate processes, and make data work smarter for shipping companies.  

Looking back at our past year, we have managed to continue our growth journey. We have continued to welcome new customers to our platform with more than 2x growth. We were awarded the “Vaxtarsproti” award for fastest growing startup in Iceland. We have welcomed new colleagues and we have had plenty to celebrate. We did launch new products and product features, and we introduced new modular approach for our software offerings. We kept a high pace on development with almost one release on average every week of the past year.

From the start, Ankeri’s goal has been clear: to develop software that connects scattered data streams to simplify the work of ship management, operations, and chartering. Much of this data today is still handled manually in multiple spreadsheets.
